Who we ship to

You must be 21 or older to purchase from Harvested Dreams. An adult signature may be required at delivery.

We ship within the United States and U.S. territories only. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders of $125 or more. Orders under $125 ship for a flat $15. Orders to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands) ship for a flat $14.

Processing time

Orders received by 10:00 am Eastern ship the same business day. Orders received after that ship within 1 business day. You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Orders ship with USPS.

Local pickup

You can choose free pickup at checkout and collect your order at our store, 1705 Asheville Hwy, Hendersonville, NC 28791. Most orders are ready in about 30 minutes, and we'll email you when yours is ready. Pickup hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 am–7:30 pm, Saturday 11:30 am–8:00 pm, and Sunday 1:00–6:00 pm. Bring a valid photo ID showing you are 21 or older.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at (828) 577-1699 within 15 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
